1. Overview

TileVero (the “App”) is a tile calculation and project-planning tool whose calculations, saved projects, and preferences remain on your device. We do not collect personal data. The App has no login, registration, or developer-operated account system.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or process your name, contact information, location, user or device identifiers, advertising identifiers, analytics, crash logs, room scans, measurements, saved projects, calculation inputs, or preferences.

Optional Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple ID credentials.

3. Camera and Room Scanning

On compatible devices, ScanRoom uses the camera and Apple’s RoomPlan framework to capture room geometry. Camera and room-scan data are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

4. Local Storage

Projects, measurements, calculation inputs, prices, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. We do not operate servers that receive or back up this data. Deleting the App removes its locally stored data from the device.

5. Third-Party Code and Tracking

The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social-sharing SDKs. Optional purchases use Apple’s StoreKit framework, and legal-policy links open only when you select them. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose user data, and we do not track users across apps or websites.

6. Children’s Privacy

TileVero is a general-audience planning tool and is not directed to children. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your Choices

You can view, edit, and delete saved projects within the App. Because we do not maintain server-side user records, there is no remote account or cloud record for us to access, correct, or delete.

8. Changes to This Policy

If TileVero’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before or when the relevant App update becomes available, and the effective date will be revised.
